Here’s why I took time off:
1. Travelled to india to sort our operations - set it up completely, while also taking the time off to focus on our wedding
2. Working through getting alternative payment options for India: UPI included!
3. Website redesign is underway: meanwhile, we’re still accepting orders. A few pieces are discounted - we are about to end discounting on the site for the future, as we produce just enough to ensure there’s no overproduction!
(It’s one of our priorities, to ensure we don’t promote fast fashion)
4. Thinking through our brand strategy: one of things I’ve learnt is that we continue to pivot as we try to get closer to our product-market fit. But we want to ensure we’re super clear about “what” we are doing & “why” we are doing it. Part of our redesign project also allows us to get super crisp about our brand purpose & mission. 🤓💗
